The Byrd family photo album will continue to grow with time. We all love to cook and eat great meals. All of us like to read up to date articles and news about proper diet, especially Paleo diet articles, blogs and books. At the Byrd House everybody pitches in with the best paleo recipes and nutrition information and news. Even the family pets are a part of the effort as occasional taste testers.
